You work directly with CEOs and decision-makers — strategic sales with deal cycles of under three months. And you’re selling a product that is economically relevant for virtually every industrial company in Germany: battery storage systems that significantly reduce energy costs.
You take care of assets and customers after go-live
You make sure our customers get the most out of their battery storage assets, long after go-live. You keep an eye on asset performance and monitoring, coordinating with our technical partners to resolve issues quickly. You're the trusted point of contact for our customers — providing transparent reporting, reliable support, and accurate billing throughout the life of their asset. You build and automate the tools and processes that scale our asset & customer operations, and turn every learning into a smarter playbook for the next project.
You build the backbone of BEO’s energy platform.
Your work connects battery systems, ensures reliable data flows, and scales the infrastructure behind our energy products. We install large-scale battery storage systems at industrial sites and connect them into an intelligent network that manages electricity in real time. Your role is to ensure the platform behind it is robust, scalable, and production-ready as we grow from the first installations to hundreds of connected battery systems.
You open the door to new customer relationships.
You identify companies with high energy consumption, spark interest, and hand over qualified conversations to Account Executives. You’re not talking about a nice-to-have, but a product with real economic impact: battery storage systems that reduce energy costs. You create the foundation for new customer relationships, a strong pipeline, and sustainable growth in a highly relevant market.
You build the data pipelines that power the BEO energy platform.
You own our data pipelines: pulling in large volumes of time-series data (battery telemetry, forecasts, energy market prices), cleaning and validating it, and serving it reliably in production. Data quality is your responsibility, through validation, anomaly detection, and monitoring, and so is the platform architecture, which has to handle both live streams and years of history as we scale. You work with our data scientists to take forecasting and optimization models from prototype to production, and you challenge their approaches in code review and by building alongside them. With our engineers, you get that data and those models into the core product, and you keep the feeds from external partners clean and reliable.
You build the analytical and algorithmic core of BEO’s energy platform.
Your models help decide when batteries charge, discharge, and trade electricity — optimizing energy costs for industrial companies in real time. You will work on real-world optimization and forecasting problems at the intersection of energy systems, software, and applied machine learning. Your work directly impacts how battery systems operate and interact with electricity markets.
You own the trading strategy behind our battery fleet.
Your work decides how and when our batteries trade. You turn price forecasts and live market data into systematic signals, then use stochastic optimization to convert them into dispatch and bids on the Day-Ahead and Intraday markets, 24/7, under real uncertainty and operational limits. These aren't the standalone grid batteries most traders optimize; ours sit behind the meter at industrial sites, which makes the problem harder and far less charted. You run the full loop, from research and signal generation to backtesting, live trading, and the risk and position management that comes with it.
You drive the successful execution of our projects.
From contract signing to final commissioning and grid connection, you ensure our battery storage projects run smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. You coordinate partners, align stakeholders across the project, and continuously improve how we deliver — making every project faster, smarter, and more scalable than the last.
